Managing DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT etc)

What is a DNS editor used for?

The dns editor is an easy to use tool that allows you to edit your dns records. These records are what translate domain names into IP addresses, so they’re extremely important. If you want to edit these records in order to update your domain name server’s details or delete some of them for any reason, you can do so by going into cPanel.

How do I use my DNS editor?

If you need to manage your A, CNAME, MX or TXT records, you can do so from your cPanel Zone Editor. Here, you can add a DNS record you need.

You can only manage DNS records for your domain using cPanel on HostHuski if your domain is pointed to us by setting the correct nameservers.

If you aren’t sure what your domain’s nameservers are set to, ask your domain registrar (where you bought your domain from) or ask us in Chat!
