Who is "Sitejet" ? Does HostHuski own it?
SiteJet is a web builder service that is available through a third party. We did not create it but are reselling it to you. Support and documentation will be provided primarily by SiteJet.
What if I need help using the builder or the ai?
Support and documentation will be provided primarily by SiteJet. If you need further assistance, please submit a ticket and we’ll help you.
Do I have to use the AI? Are there templates available instead?
There are tons of templates available if you’d rather skip the AI stuff. You’ll have the option on the welcome screen.
Can I easily convert my AI website to WordPress later?
While there is no one-click conversion option for coded websites to WordPress, it is possible to remake the DIY websites as WordPress websites. We do this all the time. Cost to convert an existing site design (including those made by AI) is 50% less than designing it brand new. Learn more here.
Can I cancel any time?
Of course. Just like with all our products and services, cancel from your account dashboard before renewal and you won’t be charged.
