I Cannot Send/Receive Mail
Check your DNS settings for the domain that is having trouble.
Make sure there are no MX records for the domain (subdomains are fine) except those that are required by HuskiMail.
I Can’t Create Any New Email Accounts
You may have run out of email slots. You can upgrade your plan to add more.
If you are sure you haven’t used all your email slots, there may be an issue with how the account was set up. Let us know and we can investigate.
I Can’t Get HuskiMail to Work on my Phone or Favorite App
You may have entered the email server information incorrectly on your device. Try removing the account entirely, then adding the information again, completely and exactly as described in your instruction email.
